HOW TO REGISTER FOR INCLUSION SUPPORT STAFF

  1. Place Participant on Waitlist: Add your client/clients to the waitlist for Support Program Requests starting November 27, 2024 at 8:00am. Steps of how to place your child on the waitlist are attached.

    The waitlist determines the order in which registrations are received and processed. Due to high demand, spots are VERY LIMITED and are subject to course/staff availability.

  2. Submit Support Registration Form & Individual Accommodation Plan (IAP): Email your support registration form and IAP to the inclusion coordinator at accessiblerec@hamilton.ca by Tuesday December 3, 2024. Please include all your gym, club and/or aquatic program requests on the Support Registration From. (forms attached to email).

  3. Confirmation: The inclusion coordinator will send you a confirmation email when support has been secured.

  4. Place Credit on Account: Once confirmation is received you will be required to put a credit on your account for payment of programs.

  5. Registration: The Inclusion team will process and complete your registration on December 11th & 12th! Note: Steps 1-2 MUST be completed to process your registration. 

    Please Note: If you register for courses on your own – support staff is NOT confirmed.
